 Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical standards and protocols across the practice.
• Mentor and support junior vets and nurses.
• Manage complex medical and surgical cases.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused team environment.
• Manage and maintain clinic budget
  
  The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience.
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills.
• Passion for leadership and team development.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• Interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
