Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the veterinary
• Lead and support a team of veterinarians, nurses, and client care
• Manage staff rosters, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
• Drive client service excellence and resolve escalated concerns.
• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

About you:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in veterinary nursing and team coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for animal care and team wellbeing.
